CHAP. 57.— AN ACT Extending the provisions of the Act approved March tenth, nineteen hundred and eight, entitled “An Act to authorize A. J. Smith and his associates to erect a dam across the Choctawhatchee River in Dale County, Alabama.” February 13, 1911.[[S. 10324](/us/bill/36/s/10324).][[Public, No. 361](/us/bill/36/pl/361).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Choctawhatchee River.That the time for completing the construction of the dam authorized by the Act entitled “An Act to authorize A.
J. Smith Time extended for damming, by A. J. Smith et al.and his associates to erect a dam across the Choctawhatchee River, in Dale County, Alabama,” approved March tenth, nineteen hundred and eight, is hereby extended to one year from and after the passage of this Act.Vol. 35, p. 10, amended. Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend, Amendment.or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1911.
