CHAP. 52.— AN ACT To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River between Lyman County and Brule County, in the State of South Dakota. February 13, 1911.[[S. 8592](/us/bill/36/s/8592).][[Public, No. 356](/us/bill/36/pl/356).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River.That the White River Valley Railway CompanyWhite River Valley Railway Company may bridge, at Chamberlain S.
Dak.is hereby authorized to construct and maintain a railroad bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Missouri River, extending from some convenient and practicable point, suitable to the interests of navigation, on the west bank of said river in the county of Lyman to some convenient and practicable point in or near the city of Chamberlain, in Brule County, in the State of South Dakota, in accordance with the provisions of an Act Vol. 84. p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this ActAmendment.is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1911.
