Olcott,Frederick W. Olcott may be appointed passed assistant surgeon, retired.late a passed assistant surgeon in the Navy of the United States, to the rank held by him at the time of his retirement; and when so appointed he shall be placed on the list of retired officers of the Navy, unlimited, on account of disability incurred in line of duty.
