CHAP. 480.— An Act For the relief of John Ridenbaugh, alias Henry Ridenbaugh. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 25414](/us/bill/61/hr/25414).] [[Private, No. 169](/us/pvtl/61/169).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* John Ridenbaugh, alias Henry Ridenbaugh. Military recor d corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Henry Ridenbaugh, who was a private of Battery E, Fifth Regiment United States Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said battery and regiment on the twenty-third day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,*That, other than as above set forth, no bounty, pay, pension,*Proviso.* No pay, etc. or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
