CHAP. 48.— An Act For the relief of the Pittsburg Brewing Company. February 19, 1910[[H. R. 14676](/us/bill/61/hr/14676)][[Private, No. 7](/us/pvt/61/7)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pittsburg Brewing Company.Refund of internal revenue tax to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to reopen and consider the matter of the assessment against the Pittsburg Brewing Company, made by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue on the September list, nineteen hundred and seven, and to adjust the same and make such refund of the tax paid thereunder as he may deem just and equitable, and such sum as may be necessary to make such refund Appropriation.*Proviso*.Expense.is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated: *Provided*, That the expense of reopening and readjusting this matter shall be had at the cost of the Pittsburg Brewing Company.
