CHAP. 48.— AN ACT To amend an Act entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across the Mississippi River at or near the village of Sauk Rapids, Benton County, Minnesota,” approved February twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and four. February 13, 1911.[[S. 6693](/us/bill/36/s/6693).][[Public, No. 352](/us/bill/36/pl/352).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi River.That section three of an Act entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across the Mississippi River at or near the village of Sauk Rapids, Benton County, Minnesota,”Dam across at Sauk Rapids, Minn.Vol. 33, p. 53, amended.approved February twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred and four, be, and the same is hereby, *Post,* p. 931.amended so as to read as follows:
“Sec.3.That this Act shall be null and void unless the constructionTime extended for construction.of the dam herein authorized be commenced on or before the first day of July, anno Domini nineteen hundred and ten, and completed within two years from that date.”Vol. 34, p. 1058 Approved, February 13, 1911.
