CHAP. 479.— An Act For the relief of Simon and Albert Longnecker, sole heirs of William Longnecker, deceased. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 25289](/us/bill/61/hr/25289).] [[Private, No. 168](/us/pvtl/61/168).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* William Longnecker. Payment to heirs of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Simon and Albert Longnecker, sole heirs of William Longnecker, deceased, late of Lavaca, Texas, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and seventy-five dollars, being for rent, use, and occupation of the city stable by United States military authorities from August sixteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to August thirty-first, eighteen hundred and. sixty-six, owned by the said William Longnecker, which sum shall be in full satisfaction and discharge of all claims for the rent, use, and occupancy of the aforesaid stable.
