CHAP. 478.— An Act For the relief of E. P. Adams. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 25117](/us/bill/61/hr/25117).] [[Private, No. 167](/us/pvtl/61/167).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* E. P. Adams. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay E. P. Adams the sum of forty dollars, which sum is hereby appropriated; this sum being the amount of duty illegally assessed and collected by the Treasury Department of the United States at the subport of Saint Albans, Vermont, upon a carload of hay. Approved, June 25, 1910.
