CHAP. 475.— An Act For the relief of James B. Boyd. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 22592](/us/bill/61/hr/22592).] [[Private, No. 164](/us/pvtl/61/164).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* James B. Boyd. Military record corrected. That, in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, James B. Boyd, who was a private of Battery I, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said battery and regiment on the twenty-third day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,*That, other than as above set forth, no bounty, pay,*Proviso.*No pay, etc. pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
