CHAP. 473.— An Act For the relief of Clark Graves. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 22361](/us/bill/61/hr/22361).] [[Private, No. 162](/us/pvtl/61/162).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Clark Graves. Reimbursement of pension. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Clark Graves, late of Company A, Thirty-third Regiment Volunteer Infantry, the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars, which sum is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the reimbursement of funds paid into the United States Treasury by said Graves through the Bureau of Pensions.
