CHAP. 472.— An Act For the relief of William J. McGhee. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 20872](/us/bill/61/hr/20872).] [[Private, No. 161](/us/pvtl/61/161).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* William J. McGhee. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, William J. McGhee shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company F, Eighty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, on the fifth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided,*That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of*Proviso.*No prior pension. this Act.
