CHAP. 469.— An Act For the relief of Bartholomew Cronin. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 19857](/us/bill/61/hr/19857).] [[Private, No. 158](/us/pvtl/61/158).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Bartholomew Cronin. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Bartholomew Cronin shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a first lieutenant of Company H, Eighty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, on the thirteenth day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,*That no pension shall accrue prior to the*Proviso.*No prior pension. passage of this Act.
