CHAP. 465.— An Act Granting relief to the estate of Patrick H. Handley. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 18761](/us/bill/61/hr/18761).] [[Private, No, 154](/us/pvtl/61/154).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Patrick H. Handley. Completion of homestead entry by estate of, allowed. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to issue patent to Henry Shafer, of El Reno, Oklahoma, as executor of the last will and testament of Patrick H.
Handley, deceased, for the southwest quarter of section fourteen, township two south, range twelve west, Lawton land district, Oklahoma, upon payment of the balance of the purchase money and accrued interest remaining unpaid for said land, in connection with homestead entry numbered twelve hundred and seventy-two, made April third, nineteen hundred and seven, by the said Patrick H. Handley. Approved, June 25, 1910.
