CHAP. 464.— An Act For the relief of Matthew McCarthy. June 25, 1910. [[H. R. 18357](/us/bill/61/hr/18357).] [[Private, No. 153](/us/pvtl/61/153).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Matthew McCarthy. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Matthew McCarthy, who was a private of Company H, Eighteenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the eighth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,*That, other than as above set forth, no bounty,*Proviso.* No pay, etc. pay, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
