CHAP. 460.— An Act For the relief of S. H. Loftin. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 15595](/us/bill/61/hr/15595).][[Private, No. 149](/us/pvt/61/149).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the S. H. Loftin. Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to S. H. Loftin, of North Carolina, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixty-eight dollars, which sum is hereby appropriated for that purpose, for rent of building for postoffice in the town of Kinston, North Carolina, from January first, nineteen hundred and three, to March ninth, nineteen hundred and three.
