CHAP. 459.— An Act To reimburse G. H. Kitson for money advanced to the Menominee tribe of Indians, of Wisconsin. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 15103](/us/bill/61/hr/15103).][[Private, No. 148](/us/pvt/61/148).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the G. H. Kitson. Reimbursement to.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to G. H. Kitson one thousand dollars and five per centum simple interest thereon from March fifteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-three, out of any money in the Treasury belonging to the Menominee tribe of Indians, of Wisconsin, the sum to be in full settlement of the amount claimed by said G.
H. Kitson for money advanced to said tribe of Indians on the date before named. Approved, June 25, 1910.
