CHAP. 456.— An Act For the relief of Jacob Conrad. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 11936](/us/bill/61/hr/11936).][[Private, No. 145](/us/pvt/61/145).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Jacob Conrad. Military record corrected.of the pension laws Jacob Conrad shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as private in the One hundred and sixty-fourth Company, Second Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps, on the twelfth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pension *Proviso.* No prior pension.shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
