CHAP. 454.— An Act For the relief of John Martin. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 10634](/us/bill/61/hr/10634).][[Private, No. 143](/us/pvt/61/143).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration of the John Martin. Military record corrected.pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, John Martin shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company L, Third Regiment Missouri Volunteer Cavalry, on the twenty-eighth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pension *Proviso.* No prior pension.shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
