CHAP. 453.— An Act For the relief of the Barse Live Stock Commission Company. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 9431](/us/bill/61/hr/9431).][[Private, No. 142](/us/pvt/61/142).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Barse Live Stock Commission Company. Redemption of internal-revenue stamps.Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to refund to the Barse Live Stock Commission Company, of Kansas City, Missouri, the sum of one hundred and six dollars, an amount paid by said Barse Live Stock Commission Company to the internal-revenue collector of the Sixth Missouri district for revenue stamps, in accordance with the Act providing for revenues during the war with Spain, said revenue stamps being left on hand when said Act providing revenues for said war was repealed: *Provided,* That the said uncanceled stamps be delivered to *Proviso.* Delivery of stamps.the Secretary of the Treasury for cancellation.
