CHAP. 452.— An Act For the relief of Larnie Dean and James Dean. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 8667](/us/bill/61/hr/8667).][[Private, No. 141](/us/pvt/61/141).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Larnie Dean and James Dean. Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to Larnie Dean and James Detin, of Marion County, West Virginia, the sum of two hundred dollars, in full compensation for loss of land, overflowed, submerged, and rendered worthless by the 1865construction of locks and dams in the improvement of navigation on the Monongahela River, West Virginia, during the years nineteen hundred and one to nineteen hundred and three, pursuant to an Act of Congress.
