CHAP. 445.— An Act For the relief of James C. Johnson. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 1386](/us/bill/61/hr/1386).][[Private, No. 134](/us/pvt/61/134).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration of James C. Johnson. Naval record corrected.the pension laws James C. Johnson, who served in the United States Navy until May fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service on that date. Approved, June 25, 1910.
