CHAP. 414.— An Act To repeal section forty-nine hundred and two and to amend section forty-nine hundred and thirty-four of the Revised Statutes, relating to caveats. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 20585](/us/bill/61/hr/20585).][[Public, No. 296](/us/pl/61/296).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That section forty-nine hundred Patents. Caveats abolished. R. S., sec. 4902, p. 948, repealed. and two of the Revised Statutes be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Sec. 2. That section forty-nine hundred and thirty-four of the Fees for caveats abolished. R.S., sec. 4934, p. 954, amended. Revised Statutes be amended by striking out the following: " “On filing each caveat, ten dollars.” " Sec. 3. That this Act shall take effect July first, nineteen hundred Present caveats not affected. and ten, and shall not apply to any caveat filed prior to said date. Approved, June 25, 1910.
