CHAP. 410.— An Act To provide for an additional judge of the district court for the eastern district of New York. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 20148](/us/bill/61/hr/20148).][[Public, No. 292](/us/pl/61/292).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, New York eastern judicial district. Additional judge authorized for. *Post*, p. 1087. That the President of the United States, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint an additional judge of the district court of the United States for the eastern district of New York, who shall reside in said R.
S., sec. 551, p. 93. district, and who shall possess the same powers, perform the same duties, and receive the same compensation as the present district judge of said eastern district. Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect immediately. Approved, June 25, 1910.
