CHAP. 41.— An Act For the relief of James F. De Beau. February 8, 1911. [[H. R. 17729](/us/bill/61/hr/17729).] [[Private, No. 189](/us/pvtl/61/189).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* James F. De Beau. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers James F. De Beau, who was a private of Company C, Fourth Regiment New York Heavy Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the thirtieth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,*That, other than as above set forth, no bounty, pay,*Proviso.*No prior pension, etc. pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
