CHAP. 399.— An Act To authorize the President of the United States to place upon the retired list of the United States Navy Lieutenant-Commander James H. Reid, with the rank of commander. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 14760](/us/bill/61/hr/14760).][[Public, No. 281](/us/pl/61/281).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the President of the Navy. James H. Reid may be retired as commander. United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to place upon the retired list of the United States Navy, with the rank of commander, the name of Lieutenant-Commander James H. Reid. Approved, June 25, 1910.
