CHAP. 397.— An Act To make uniform the salaries of United States district attorneys and marshals in Texas. June 25, 1910.[[H. R. 12434](/us/bill/61/hr/12434).][[Public, No. 279](/us/pl/61/279).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Texas judicial districts. Pay of district attorneys and marshals to be $4,000 each. Vol. 29, pp. 181, 182, amended. That from and after July first, nineteen hundred and ten, each United States district attorney and marshal of any Texas district shall receive as salary the sum of four thousand dollars per annum. Approved, June 25, 1910.
