R. 1448](/us/bill/61/hr/1448).][[Public, No. 273](/us/pl/61/273).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wisconsin. Swamp lands transferred to. That the Secretary of the Interior be authorized to transfer to the State of Wisconsin the following-described swamp lands: The west half of the southeast quarter, the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, all in section thirty-one, in township twelve north, range fourteen east.
