CHAP. 389.— An Act To authorize the McKeesport and Mifflin Bridge Company to construct a bridge across the Monongahela River between McKeesport and Mifflin Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. June 25, 1910.[[S. 8766](/us/bill/61/s/8766).][[Public, No. 271](/us/pl/61/271).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Monongahela River. McKeesport and Mifflin Bridge Company may bridge, at McKeesport, Pa.
That the McKeesport and Mifflin Bridge Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennslyvania, is hereby authorized to construct a bridge across the Monongahela River from a point suitable to the interests of navigation on Market street, in the city of McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, to a point on the opposite side of said river in the township of Mifflin, said county and State, in accordance Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 25, 1910.
