CHAP. 377.— An Act To permit William H. Moody, an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, to retire. June 23, 1910.[[H. R. 27010](/us/bill/61/hr/27010).][[Private, No. 129](/us/pvt/61/129).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the provisions of section William H. Moody. May retire as associate justice Supreme Court. R. S., sec. 714, p. 135.seven hundred and fourteen of the Revised Statutes be, and they elate justice supreme are hereby, extended and made applicable to William H.
Moody, an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, in consequence of his physical disability, notwithstanding he has not served the full term of ten years or attained the age of seventy years as required by the aforesaid section: *Provided,* That the said William *Proviso.* Condition.H. Moody shall resign the said office of associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States within live months after the passage of this Act. Approved, June 23, 1910.
