CHAP. 376.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 23, 1910.[[H. R. 25409](/us/bill/61/hr/25409).][[Private, No. 128](/us/pvt/61/128).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in. Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension.
Albert Fletcher. The name of Albert Fletcher, late of Eighty-second Company, United States Coast Artillery, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month. Pensions increased. Philip H. Adams. The name of Philip H. Adams, late of Troop I, Second Regiment United States Dragoons, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Frank Bieker. The name of Frank Bieker, late of Company F, Second Battalion United States Engineers, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Pension. Frank Waters. The name of Frank Waters, late of Company II, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infan try, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Pension increased. Crockett Hounchell. The name of Crockett Hounchell, late of Companies D and F, Second Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. Nellie D. Wev. The name of Nellie D.
Wev, widow of Oscar N. Wev, late chief electrician, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Oscar N. Wev until they reach the age of sixteen years. Pension increased. Milton H. Hollingsworth. The name of Milton H. Hollingsworth, late of Company M, Fourth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Pensions. Frank G. Himes. The name of Frank G. Himes, late of Company M, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Alvirdia O. Crabtree. The name of Alvirdia O. Crabtree, late of Battery A, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Elizabeth Steele. The name of Elizabeth Steele, dependent mother of Edgar V. Steele, late of Eighty-first Company, United States Coast Artillery.
United States Array, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased. Archibald Miller. The name of Archibald Miller, late of Captain Lesly’s independent company, Florida Mounted Volunteers, in the Florida Seminole Indian 1861war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of John F. Manuel, late of Captain Alex. McRay’s company, John F. Mannel.Nauvoo Legion, Utah Volunteers, Utah Indian disturbances, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
