CHAP. 37.— AN ACT To authorize the construction, maintenance, and operation of a bridge across the Tombigbee River near Iron Wood Bluff, in Itawamba County, Mississippi. February 4, 1911. [[S. 10304](/us/bill/36/s/10304).] [[Public, No. 343](/us/bill/36/pl/343).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the board of supervisors of Itawamba County, Mississippi,Tombigbee River, Miss.is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tombigbee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation near Iron Wood Bluff, in Itawamba County, Mississippi, Itawamba County May bridge, near Iron Wood Bluff.in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Amendment. Approved, February 4, 1911.
