CHAP. 367.— An Act To authorize the Southern Development Company to construct a bridge across the Arkansas River. June 23, 1910.[[S. 8615](/us/bill/61/s/8615).][[Public, No. 253](/us/pl/61/253).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Southern Development Arkansas River. Southern Development Company may bridge, Pine Bluff, Ark. Company, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado and duly authorized to transact business in the State of Arkansas, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Arkansas River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Pine Bluff, in the county of Jefferson and State of Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate Vol. 34, p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 23, 1910.
