CHAP. 362.— An Act To authorize the appointment of Frank de l. Carrington as a major on the retired list of the United States Army. June 23, 1910.[[S. 1119](/us/bill/61/s/1119).][[Public, No. 248](/us/pl/61/248).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Army. Frank de I. Carrington may be appointed major, retired. That the President be, and he is hereby, authorized to nominate, and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint Frank de I.
Carrington, late a major of infantry in the United States Army, to be a major on the retired list, United States Army, as of date of the approval of this Act. Approved, June 23, 1910.
