CHAP. 36.— An Act To authorize Clay County, Arkansas, to construct a bridge across Current River. February 15, 1910.[[H. R. 17743](/us/bill/61/hr/17743).][[Public, No. 43](/us/pl/61/43).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county of Clay, inCurrent River.Clay County, Ark., may bridge. the State of Arkansas, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arkansas, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Current River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the point whereLocation. the section line between sections seventeen and twenty, township twenty-one north, range three east, crosses said river in the State of Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “AnVol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1910.
