CHAP. 352.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 25822](/us/bill/61/hr/25822).][[Private, No. 124](/us/pvt/61/124).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the, pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of John C.
Anderson, late of Company C, First Regiment Pension. John C. Anderson.Alabama Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. The name of Marguerite Murphy, widow of John C. Murphy, late Pension increased. Marguerite Murphy.first lieutenant, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. The name of Marguerite Robertson, widow of William R.
Robertson, Pension. Marguerite Robertson.late captain, Company E, First Regiment California Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of the, minor child of said William R. Robertson until he, reaches the age of sixteen years. The name of Isaac Munden, late of Captain Harrington’s company, Pension increased. Isaac Munden.First Regiment Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
