CHAP. 351.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 25773](/us/bill/61/hr/25773).][[Private, No. 123](/us/pvt/61/123).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of George Cantrell, late of Company B, Eighth Regiment Pensions increased.
George Cantrell.Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. 1834 The name of John Allingham, late of Company F, Twelfth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Solomon Denny. The name of Solomon Denny, late of Company G, Fiftieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Henry W. Birkey. The name of Henry W. Birkey, late assistant surgeon, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. John S. Richardson. The name of John S. Richardson, late of Company L, Eighth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. William A. Clark. The name of William A. Clark, late of Company D, Thirty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Jackson H. Lawrence. The name of Jackson H.
