CHAP. 349.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 25185](/us/bill/61/hr/25185).][[Private, No. 121](/us/pvt/61/121).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of John W.
Gibson, late of Company G, Eighth Regiment Pensions increased. John W. Gibson.Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Albyn L. Bellinger, late of Company B, One hundred Albyn L. Bellinger.and sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of John M. Collins, late of Company F, Seventeenth John M.
Collins.Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Walter Pruet, late of Company F, Forty-sixth Regiment Walter Pruet.Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Morrison, late first lieutenant Company D, Seventh Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. John Gordon. The name of John Gordon, late of Company D, Forty-seventh Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and Company K, Tenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
William R. Browne. The name of William R. Browne, late of Company D, Twelfth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. James Austin. The name of James Austin, late of Company H, Fifty-fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Beden Davis. The name of Beden Davis, late of Company K, First Regiment Missouri State Militia Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Henry C. Norton. The name of Henry C. Norton, late of Company K, Eighth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Andrew J. Oiler.
