CHAP. 348.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 24744](/us/bill/61/hr/24744).][[Private, No. 120](/us/pvt/61/120).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.
Arthur B. Carr. The name of Arthur B. Carr, late of Hospital Corps, United States Army, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. George Albright. The name of George Albright, late of Company G, Third Regiment United States Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fourteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Cornelius Horgan. The name of Cornelius Horgan, late fireman, first class, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Pensions. Mary L. Nadeau. The name of Mary L. Nadeau, widow of Sylvan Nadeau, late of Company A, Third Regiment United States Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the four minor children of said Sylvan Nadeau until they reach the age of sixteen years. John L. Thorpe. The name of John Thorpe, late of Hospital Cores, United States Army, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
William McDonald. The name of William McDonald, late of Captain John D. Lee’s company, Lieutenant-Colonel James A. Little’s regiment of cavalry, Nauvoo Legion, Utah Indian disturbances, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Charles W. Hildreth. The name of Charles W. Hildreth, late of Company I, Third Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-two dollars per month. Marion W. Harris. The name of Marion W.
Harris, late captain Company A, Third Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Pension increased. Benton Lynn. The name of Benton Lynn, late of Battery K, Second Regiment, and Battery M, Fifth Regiment, United States Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of fourteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. Elizabeth G. Mills. The name of Elizabeth G. Mills, widow of Fred A.
Mills, late of Company C, First Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. 1819 The name of James S. Bigham, late of Captain John Henry Brown’s Pensions increased. James S. Bigham.company, Texas Volunteers, and Captain R. M. White’s company, Texas Rangers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Charles Wesley Danley, hit of Captain Brown’s company, Charles Wesley Danley.Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

The name of Alexander Cowan, late of Captain Lyman L. Stevens’s Alexander Cowan.company, Colonel George A. Smith’s regiment of cavalry, Nauvoo Legion, Utah Indian disturbances, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. The name of Helen P. Laird, widow of Charles Laird, late lieutenant-commander, Pensions increased.
Helen P. Laird.United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. The name of John S. Haven, alias John A. Haven, late of Captains John S. Haven, alias John A. Haven.Whitefield’s and Redding’s companies, Florida Volunteers, Florida Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Joseph Laskowitz, late of United States ship Kearsarge, Joseph Laskowitz.United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
