CHAP. 346.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 24148](/us/bill/61/hr/24148).][[Private, No. 118](/us/pvt/61/118).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions.
Mayme E. Lacoureiere. The name of Mayme E. Lacoureiere, widow of Joseph W. Lacourciere, late of Company M, Second Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Joseph W. Lacourciere until they reach the age of sixteen years. Frank J. Kendrew. The name of Frank J. Kendrew, late of Company F, Eleventh Regiment United States Cavalry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month.
Lawrence A. Bagby. The name of Lawrence A. Bagby, late, of Company A, Fifth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Raymond P. Snow. The name of Raymond P. Snow, late second lieutenant Company E, Forty-ninth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Antonia Feldman. The name of Antonia Feldman, widow of Frederick W. Feldman, late of Troop H, First Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Frederick W.
Feldman until they reach the age of sixteen years. William W. Cravens. The name of William W. Cravens, late of Hospital Corps, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Pensions increased. Mary F. Woodward. The name of Mary F. Woodward, widow of Joseph J. Woodward, late naval constructor (rank of captain), United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month on account of the minor child of said Joseph J.
Woodward until he reaches the age of sixteen years. Oscar C. Bennett. The name of Oscar C. Bennett, late of Company C, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. 1817 The name of William B. Banks, late of Captain Kelsey’s independent William B. Banks.company, North Carolina Mounted Militia, Cherokee Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

The name of John Armstrong, late of Company E, Second Battalion, John Armstrong.United States Engineers, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Frank Kubacki, late of Company K, First Regiment Frank Kubacki.Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month.
The name of Harriet P. Lemly, widow of Samuel C. Lemly, late Pensions increased. Harriet P. Lemly.lieutenant-commander United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. The name of John M. Bates, late of Captain E. E. Mizell’s company, John M. Bates.Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Charles E.
Herrington, late of Company C, Tenth Charles E. Black, late of Company F, Thirty-third Regiment Pensions. Clair R. Black.Michigan Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of James P. H. Wilson, late of Captain Grumble’s company, Pensions increased.
