CHAP. 345.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to the widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 23376](/us/bill/61/hr/23376).][[Private, No. 117](/us/pvt/61/117).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Asa B.
Greenland, late of Company F, First Territorial Pensions. Asa B. Greenland.Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. The name of George Parker, late of Company A, Thirty-ninth Regiment George Parker.United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Alexander M. Rainey, late of Company E, Second Pensions increased. Alexander M.
Rainey.Regiment Oregon Mounted Volunteers, and Company D, First Recruiting Battalion, Second Regiment Oregon Mounted Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Isaac Williams, late of Captain John S. Ford’s company, Isaac Williams.Texas Mounted Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Shank.Corps, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Henry Shank until she reaches the age of sixteen years. The name of Joseph McClair, late of Troop B, Sixth Regiment Joseph McClair.United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Kayeton Stravink, late of Ordnance Department, United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month.
Pensions increased. William D. Mathews. The name of William D. Mathews, late of Captain J. S. Ford’s first company, Texas Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. James P. Holsclaw. The name of James P. Holsclaw, late of Captain Tracy’s company B, Second Battalion California Volunteers, California Indian disturbance, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
