CHAP. 344.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 22637](/us/bill/61/hr/22637).][[Private, No. 116](/us/pvt/61/116).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of John G.
Patton, late of Company D, First Regiment Pension. John G. Patton. Georgia Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. The name of Emil F. Wurzbach, late of Captain P. H. Rogers’ Pensions increased. Emil F. Wurzbach.Company F, Mounted Battalion Texas Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Henry W. Ellis, late of Captain J.
H. Conner’s company, Henry W. Ellis.Texas Rangers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Jerry C. Campbell, late of Captain William R. Henry’s Jerry C. Campbell.company, Texas Rangers, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Marshall, late of Company A, Twenty-seventh Murray R. Marshall.Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of William E. Woodward, late chaplain Twenty-first William E. Woodward.Regiment Kansas Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. The name of Biddy Lockwood, dependent mother of James F. Biddy Lockwood.Lockwood, late of Company F, First Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
The name of Sadie M. Lowell, widow of Julius 11. Lowell, late of Sadie M. Lowell.Company A, Second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the two minor children of said Julius H. Lowell until they reach the age of sixteen years. 1814 Pensions increased. William Willige. The name of William Willige, late of Company B, Seventh Regiment United States Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Seth B. R. Tubbs. The name of Seth B. R. Tubbs, late of Company K, Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and first lieutenant Company E, Fourth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pensions. James F. Malin. The name of James F. Malin, late of Company K, Third Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
Norman W. Rayburn. The name of Norman W. Rayburn, late of Company H, Sixth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Eugene H. Pease. The name of Eugene H. Pease, late of Company F, Fifty-first Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased. Henry H. Minor, alias Harve H. Minor. The name of Henry H. Minor, alias Harve H.
Minor, late of Company H, Fourth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Pension. John A. Rafter. The name of John A. Rafter, late major and surgeon Twentieth Regiment Kansas Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Pension increased. Ford C. Richardson, alias Hirsch Richardson. The name of Ford C. Richardson, alias Hirsch Richardson, late of Company G, Eleventh Regiment United States Volunteer Cavalry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Pensions. John McLaws. The name of John McLaws, late of Captain Lyman L. Stevens’s company, Colonel George A. Smith’s regiment of cavalry, Nauvoo Legion, Utah Indian disturbances, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Elizabeth F. Stewart. The name of Elizabeth F. Stewart, widow of Hill R. Stewart, alias Hill Stewart, late quartermaster, third class, United States ship Constellation, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
Pensions increased. David G. Connell. The name of David G. Connell, late of Captains Oliver and McElroy’s companies, Florida Volunteers, Florida Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. John Da Silva. The name of John Da Silva, late of United States ship Savannah, United States Navy, war with Mexico, and Seventieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
Pension. Mary Elseser. The name of Mary Elseser, former widow of Valentine Steil, late of Battery C, First United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased John Young Rankin, sr. The name of John Young Rankin, senior, late of Captain Boggess’s company A, Mounted Battalion Texas Volunteers, Texas and New Mexico Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
John Klay. The name of John Klay, late of Company E, Ninth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 22, 1910.
