CHAP. 343.— An Act To approve the final proof of Edward J. Balch. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 20903](/us/bill/61/hr/20903).][[Private, No. 115](/us/pvt/61/115).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Edward J. Balch. Homestead patent issued to.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue patent to Edward J. Balch for the northeast quarter of section seventeen, township live south, of range twelve west of the Indian meridian, on the homestead-commutation proof made by the said Balch at Lawton, Oklahoma, on August seventh, nineteen hundred and eight. Approved, June 22, 1910.
