CHAP. 342.— An Act For the relief of George W. Spencer. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 14288](/us/bill/61/hr/14288).][[Private, No. 114](/us/pvt/61/114).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration George W. Spencer. Military record corrected.of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for 1813Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, George W. Spencer shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company I, Eleventh Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, on the eighteenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-one: *Provided,* *Proviso.* No prior pension.That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
