CHAP. 341.— An Act For the relief of Jesse Skaggs and J. S. Scarborough. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 14182](/us/bill/61/hr/14182).][[Private, No. 113](/us/pvt/61/113).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Jesse Skaggs. Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Jesse Skaggs, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars, and said sum of two hundred dollars is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury, as reward for his services in defense of the United States post-office at Sumner, Illinois, against burglars.
J. S. Scarborough. Payment to. Sec. 2.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to J. S. Scarborough, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars, and said sum of two hundred dollars is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury, as reward for his services m capturing a burglar who robbed the United States post-office at Dime Box, Texas, and recovering certain government property which had been stolen from said post-office.
