CHAP. 340.— An Act For the relief of James T. Caswell, postmaster at Narragansett Pier, Rhode Island. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 11524](/us/bill/61/hr/11524).][[Private, No. 112](/us/pvt/61/112).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the James T. Caswell. Reimbursement.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James T.
Caswell, postmaster at Narragansett Pier, Rhode Island, the sum of one hundred and five dollars, and said sum of one hundred and five dollars is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury, the same to be in full payment of all claims for reimbursement on account of clerk hire necessarily expended by him during the month of June nineteen hundred and eight, as said postmaster. Approved, June 22, 1910.
