CHAP. 336.— An Act For the relief of Garland and Bergh. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 2518](/us/bill/61/hr/2518).][[Private, No. 108](/us/pvt/61/108).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Garland and Bergh. Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six hundred dollars in full compensation for all claims to Garland and Bergh, of Rapid City, South Dakota, found and held to be due them by the Secretary of the Interior under contract of July nineteenth, nineteen hundred and six, for the construction of a hospital building at the Rapid City Indian School in South Dakota.
