CHAP. 335.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy and wars other than the civil war, and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. June 22, 1910.[[S. 8399](/us/bill/61/s/8399).][[Private, No. 107](/us/pvt/61/107).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Pensions.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions.
Ethel M. Hoffman. The name of Ethel M. Hoffman, widow of Marvin G. Hoffman, late of Company E, Second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each or the minor children of said Marvin G. Hoffman, until they reach the age of sixteen years. Lillie Warburton. The name of Lillie Warburton, widow of James H. Warburton, late of Company H, First Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said James H.
Warburton, until they reach the age of sixteen years. John F. Burrows. The name of John F. Burrows, late of Company F, Two hundred and second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. George W. McKelvey. The name of George W. McKelvey, late of Battery L, First Regiment United States Artillery, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Vern W. Shrader. The name of Vern W.
Shrader, late of Company G, Fifty-first Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and Troop B, Eleventh Regiment United States Volunteer Cavalry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. John Broshard. The name of John Broshard, late or Company D, Thirteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month. John H. Meers. The name of John H. Meers, late of Company E, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. 1811 The name, of John H.
Booth, late of Troop G, Eleventh Regiment John E. Booth.United States Cavalry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month. The name of Harry M. Dunkin, late of Company E, Seventh Pension increased. Harry M. Dunkin.Regiment United States Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Bert Overly, late of Company E, One hundred Pensions. Bert Overly.and fifty-seventh Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
The name of Anna L. Adams, widow of Milton B. Adams, late Anna L. Adams.colonel, Engineer Corps, United States Array, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. The name of James A. Berry, late of Company K, Thirteenth Pensions increased. James A. Berry.Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Quinn Bass, late of Captain Jernigan’s independent Quinn Bass.company Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
