CHAP. 325.— An Act To authorize the Rockport and Aransas Pass Railway Company to construct a bridge. June 22, 1910.[[H. R. 23634](/us/bill/61/hr/23634).][[Public, No. 234](/us/pl/61/234).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Morris and Cummings Channel, Tex. Rockport and Aransas Pass Railway Company may bridge. That the Rockport and Aransas Pass Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto on their contemplated line from Rockport to Harbor Island, across the Morris and Cummings Channel, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 22, 1910.
