CHAP. 314.— An Act For the relief of Edward Swainor. March 4, 1911.[[H. R. 22747](/us/bill/61/hr/22747).][[Private, No. 282](/us/pvtl/61/282).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationEdward Swainor.Military record corrected. of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Edward Swainor, now a resident of Providence, Rhode Island, shall hereafter he held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company B, Fourteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, on the second day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,* That no pension shall accrue*Proviso*.No pension. because of this Act prior to the passage hereof.
