CHAP. 313.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion against David R. Lane. March 4, 1911.[[H. R. 32980](/us/bill/61/hr/32980).][[Private, No. 281](/us/pvtl/61/281).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives ofthe United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of WarDavid R. Lane.Granted honorable discharge. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of David R. Lane, late a member of the Sixteenth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and to grant him an honorable discharge as of date September twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, from Company M, First Regiment District of Columbia Volunteer Cavalry: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or allowance shall*Provisos*.No pay, etc.Former act repealed.Vol. 32, p. 1370. be allowed by reason of this Act: *And provided further,* That an Act to remove the charge of desertion against David R.
Lane, approved May third, nineteen hundred and two, be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Approved, March 4, 1911.
